Func7ion Apparel Takes Over Bumper2Bumper Manila 2024

The energy was different in Manila.

In 2024, Func7ion Apparel touched down in the Philippines for one of the biggest gatherings in the automotive scene — Bumper2Bumper Car Show. What we witnessed wasn’t just a car show… it was a full expression of the automotive lifestyle.

Rows of slammed builds.  Engine bays cleaner than showrooms.  Turbo sounds echoing through the venue.

From JDM icons to fully customized street machines, the Manila scene showed exactly why the Philippines has become one of the most respected hubs in the global car culture movement.

But Func7ion wasn’t just there to watch.

We came to represent the intersection of streetwear and car culture — the same culture that connects late-night garage builds, underground meets, and the global tuning community.

Holding it down for the brand was our official Func7ion model and VivaMax babe Carla Chao, bringing serious heat to the booth and showing everyone that the Func7ion lifestyle goes way beyond just clothing. Cameras were flashing non-stop as photographer Roy Eusebio captured the moment frame by frame, while Jay Sebastian and the team locked in the energy on video. With the crowd pulling up and the booth buzzing all day, the whole scene was pure automotive lifestyle — loud, fast, and unmistakably Func7ion.

Because Func7ion has always been about more than apparel.

It’s about the lifestyle behind the wheel.

From the streets of Manila to Sydney, Sydney to Los Angeles, the car scene speaks the same language — passion, creativity, and individuality. Different cities, different builds, but the same mentality: always pushing style and performance forward.

That’s the culture Func7ion represents.

Bumper2Bumper 2024 proved one thing loud and clear — the Filipino car community is world-class. The dedication to detail, the pride in every build, and the camaraderie in the scene is something you feel the moment you step into the show.

And for Func7ion, being part of that moment was something special.

Cars. Culture. Streetwear.  All tuned to the same frequency.
