Other Conditions
These Terms and Conditions will take precedence over any terms or conditions you include with a purchase order, regardless of whether Func7ion Apparel signs them. We reserve the right to modify this site and these Terms at any time.
fraud prevention
At Func7ion Apparel, we take fraud prevention seriously and are committed to protecting the security of our customers. We reserve the right to flag any online orders for fraud prevention, which may result in delays in processing. To help ensure smooth order fulfillment, customers are encouraged to provide accurate and up-to-date contact information. Orders with discrepancies between billing and shipping information may be delayed while we investigate the variance. First-time orders from new customers with higher-than-average totals may only be shipped to the billing address provided. Additionally, orders using unsupported credit card information, especially international cards, may require further verification, such as submitting a government-issued ID that matches the details on file with the bank. International customers who choose to ship to freight forwarding or drop-shipping companies may have their orders canceled at the discretion of management.
