SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
DELIVERY
Please allow 2-3 business days (*Monday through Friday, not including weekends or holidays) for order processing and verification. Once your order is complete, it will be shipped from our warehouse using the shipping method you selected at checkout. Your order should arrive within the timeframe of that shipping method. While we strive to avoid delays, please be aware that processing times may extend to 3-7 business days during peak holiday seasons or immediately following a collection launch.
Domestic Shipping:
AustPost Normal Mail - No Tracking Number - 3 to 5 days based on location
AustPost Express Mail - Tracking Number Supplied - 1 to 3 days based on location

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES.
Returns or exchanges are only permitted under the following circumstances:
- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
- Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to returns or exchanges.
- A 15% restocking fee will apply to all returns.
- Incorrect or defective items received.
- Items not received as ordered.
- You must contact us within 10 days of the delivery date.
- All returns and exchanges must be approved.
